MANI & PEDI

HAPPY NAILS = HAPPY LIFE

If you think of manicures and pedicures as just an occasional way of pampering yourself it’s time to think again!

Regular manicures and pedicures actually provide great benefits for your overall health and well being, while also helping keep your hands and feet looking young while also reducing the chances of getting an infection.

Besides working hard for us, our hands and feet especially are also exposed to a lot of dirt, moisture, and other pollutants that can build up under our nails and cause problems. Regular mani-pedi sessions remove dirt from under your nails and hard-to-reach places, thus keeping your nails strong and healthy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

A gel manicure or pedicure involves applying a pre-mixed acrylic to the nails, and this mixture is then set and hardened under UV (ultra-violet) light using a small, portable UV machine. Application may involve up to three coats of gel, and each coat needs to be set or “cured” under the light.

A manicure is a beauty treatment for the fingernails and hands; a pedicure is a beauty treatment for the toenails and feet. Both involve using tools, creams, oils and wax to improve your cuticles and clean, shape and polish your nails.

Getting a manicure and pedicure while pregnant is safe – plus, it’s a great way to relax and pamper yourself.

A full set, also known as artificial set, is where we apply solar powder and liquid onto your “actual/real” nails in order to extend your nail length and/or make it stronger using the powder, depending on your needs and wants for your nails.
